Eligibility & Account
By using ELYRAA, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or using the site under supervision of a parent/guardian.
- The personal information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You will not share your account with any other person or use another person's account.

Products & Pricing
All products listed on ELYRAA are sourced directly from Indian artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers. We make every effort to represent products accurately.
- Product prices are listed in INR by default. Live currency conversion is indicative; your bank may charge additional fees.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items out of stock with a full refund.

Orders & Payments
Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment. We do not store your card details.
- Domestic orders (India) are processed via Razorpay / UPI.
- International orders are processed via Razorpay and PayPal.
Custom Sourcing: Requests submitted via WhatsApp are handled manually. Fees and timelines will be communicated before any payment is collected.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, ELYRAA ships from India.
- Import duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
- Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in a returned shipment will incur return shipping costs deducted from any refund.

Intellectual Property
All content on ELYRAA — including the logo, brand name, photography, and website design — is the intellectual property of ELYRAA and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELYRAA shall not be liable for:
- Delays or damages resulting from customs clearance or natural disasters.
- Loss or damage caused by third-party logistics providers after dispatch.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
