Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Custom-sourced orders may require additional processing time — this will be communicated to you in advance.
Peak Season Note: During festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.), processing may take up to 5–6 business days.

Customs & Import Taxes
ELYRAA ships from India. All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties.
- Import duties and taxes are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are entirely your responsibility.
- If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Tip: Check your country's import duty threshold before placing a large order.

Packaging & Safety
All ELYRAA orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:
- Clothing: Wrapped in protective tissue or premium polybags.
- Jewellery: Packed in padded pouches or specialized boxes.
- Fragile Decor: Bubble-wrapped and reinforced with extra padding.
